Grams of Hope is dedicated to raising awareness of and fundraising for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) of Kansas City and their goal of wiping out blood cancer. One of LLS’s main fundraising activities is the LLS Man & Woman of the Year. At Grams of Hope, we are campaigning to help Kansas City’s own Bridget Grams become LLS’s Woman of the Year. Ms. Grams, a native of the city, is co-owner of Bread & Butter Concepts, a local Kansas City restaurant group including BRGR Kitchen + Bar, Urban Table, Gram & Dun, and coming soon: Taco Republic. With help from these restaurants and their numerous employees whose lives are also touched by blood cancer (the Bread & Butter Brigade), they are confident that they can raise the goal of $50,000 through the 10-week campaign period ending May 23rd.
